If an item does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it by requesting:
- a voucher for replacing the item with another of several features (size, colour, etc.)
- a voucher for the purchase of a totally different product
- the repayment of the price paid in currency
1. The goods, complete in all parts, must be delivered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods
2. After logging on to our website www.buyitalianstyle.com by login and password, you must select HISTORY AND DETAILS OF ORDERS, then choose the relevant order and go to DETAILS
3. Select the product you want to return and add the motivation of your resell request
4. Specify whether you want a voucher for a size change or for a new product or a REFUND and send the request
5. You will receive an affirmative reply email if the return is accepted or negative if it is rejected
6. Once you have received the mail that authorizes the shipment, the status of the reseller becomes "Waiting for the parcel", print the form you find in the reserved area and enter it in the mailing list
7. Returns may be made to a trusted courier or made at any office of ITALIAN POSTS, by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt

9. It should never be sent as normal mail as no receipt is expected and must be returned with care of the packaging (to prevent the product from returning to the ruined / broken company)
10. The receipt must be kept until receipt of the exchange or refund
11. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and depend on the rates applied by the courier
---- CAUTION! The refund will not be considered legally acceptable in the following cases:
1. When the products were used.
2. When the product is not in the same condition as when it was sent: tampering, breakage, loss of parts that make up the product or which are part of its packaging that must come in perfect condition.
3. When the product has undergone the customization process and this process has already begun. In the case of custom products, the refund period starts from the time the order is confirmed and ends when the product has just entered the customization process.
