How can I register myself to your website?

 

You just have to click on "Register" link placed in the upper website section and fill in the blank the form. All communications will be processed by e-mail. For this reason you are asked to indicate a valid e-mail address. Once you registered you will receive an e-mail with your account data.

 

What can I do if I don’t receive the e-mail with my registration confirmation?

 

Some e-mail providers usually check new e-mail addresses archiving message in spam file. You have to mark message as “Not Spam” to receive next e-mails directly in incoming message file.

If you will continue not receiving registration confirmation e-mail write us by “Contanct us” form.

 

How can I enter my account if I have lost or forgotten my password?

 

You just have to click on “Lost your password” link in the upper website section and indicate your username chosen during registration. You will receive an e-mail with a new password. This password is automatically generated. We advise you to change it after first access.

 

Is it possible to change personal data account?

 

Once you enter your account you will find a reserved personal area wherein to modify personal data, password, addresses and to check all placed orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?

To place an order you need to be registered because system calculates shipping costs that change on the base of destination country.

Is there a minimum expense?

 

No, we don’t request a minimum expense. You can place orders for a single item too. We have some special term as free shipping cost on first order.

 

What are delivery methods and times?

 

Delivery is via different couriers. Delivery times are 24/72 hours and are always clearly indicated in your order before payment.

 

Can I change my delivery address? How much does it cost this change?

 

You can add different delivery addresses and select the right one in your account before payment. Delivery address change is absolutely free.

 

How much are shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs are free when order amount is over € 100,00 for Italy deliveries.

Shipping costs can vary on the base of delivery country and weight. 

If you are prompted to move the delivery date after the courier has collected the goods for shipment will be charged an additional cost, in relation to the period of storage, which will be duly notified.

 

 

What are express couriers? 

 

BuyItalianStyle.com uses great couriers:

AWS courier, it has business units dedicated to a specific type of transport on road, maritime and intermodal, so ensuring timely delivery;

UPS, famous and appreciated global company;

Bartolini, a fast and reliable Express Courier, specialised in the delivery of various shipments and providing logistic support services for the handling and distribution of the goods;

DHL, commits its expertise in international express, air and ocean freight, road and rail transportation, contract logistics and international mail services to its customers.

 

What are payment methods I can use?

 

It’s possible to pay with main credit cards, PayPal system and COD. It is not possible to pay by check. 

Our payment methods are safe. We are NEVER aware of your credit card data.

 

 

What can I do if I will receive an opened or damaged package?

 

You have to not accept package and give it back to courier communicating us what occurred.

 

How can I exercise Right of withdrawal?

 

 

In accordance with the law customer has the right to withdraw the order in maximum ten working days from delivery date. Customer has to send back goods with insured and traceable post service to: Gruppo Lombardi - Via Boscofangone zona Asi - 80035 Nola (Na) Italy. BuyItalianStyle will contact customer for the refund or reshipping.

Items must be unworn with tags in the original packaging.

Yes they are. All prices on our website have to be considered VAT included.

BuyItalianStyle manages personal data from own customers in according with Privacy Law n.196/2003. Personal data are managed only to deal with order or to contact customer for trouble shooting cases. Your data won’t be used by third part.
